Never been there but I hear that it's tough to get to after it's rained. I want to try to go shoot today.

After a regular rain, no. The rock road may have some standing water in the turns and ruts but the range should be open.

Call (985) 643-3938 and for up to date information.

The roads are car friendly. Pot holes and such but no problem hardley ever.

and as stated watch the water in the turns...

I will be there today as well...look for the guy on the rimfire line with 2 m&p 15-22's zeroing the open sights for Appleseed this w.e.

Well I was out there from 10:30 until 3:15

The road was terrible...the grader scraped the roads loosening up all the dirt, so combined with the rain we had 2" thick mud almost the whole way back to the range...enough people had come and gone to pack it down, that it was not as bad leaving...

the two 15-22's and the marlin 60 is printing dime sized groups at 25yds.

I was there with a 15-22. Not as tight a shot as you but it's the user. Was wearing a Duke basketball cap.

you must've been on the rifle line, not the rimfire section of the range...the rimfire section is at the far left of the pistol line

Yes I was at the rifle line. I surprised myself with the ability to consistently be able to hit the pie plates at 100.
