MLB 13 The Show - Pitch out for a strike

The past couple of days I have been playing a little bit of my RTTS on 13. I've noticed that every time I'm on first and the pitcher throws out to try and catch me stealing that it has been called a strike. I go back and look at the replay and sure enough the ball is thrown right over the middle about belt high and then jumps into the catchers mitt.
Is anyone else seeing this happen?

Idk but this series is one of my most anticipated for 2014.

I've been playing it a shitload here lately and it hasn't done that to me.
