RB help for this week

I have 4 RBs on roster,
1. Ray Rice
2. Darren Sproles
3. Fred Jackson
4. Lamar Miller
I'm starting Jackson for sure, and Sproles. For my flex position should I go with Rice or Miller? Haven't won a game this season, and I just need one

Win one for pride, then sell off my team. It's a good team, but it's just the wrong year for a majority of the players.

We have 1 main rule in our league: You set your lineup as best you can every week, no matter what your record is. If you don't try, the commish takes a vote on lineup every week, the person forfeits their money and they aren't welcomed back the next year.
We have a guy who is 1-7 right now and he's making trades and picking up guys on waivers in every effort to win. Makes the league more competitive and more fun.
