His returns will provide great field position. He might even take one to the house. He always gets open on his pass routes. He is dynamic after the catch. And he high points the ball in traffic. He is not afraid to be great.

Landry will also have a great game in the first down, move the chains department. Also tough end zone TD catch. Additionally great blocking for running plays to the outside and WR screen passes to OBJ.

We have the two best WRs on one team in America. Lets use them! They will open up the running game and the passing game to RBs and TEs. Hill and Hilliard between the tackles and McGee on the edges. Shot gun, no huddle.

Of course Mett needs to play as he is capable of playing. He showed last year he is not afraid of Bama. That game, along with this year's GA game, also showed he can perform in big games.

Bama is someone who has broken into our house and threatened our family. We must defend our home and repel the intruder by any means necessary.

If the o-line doesn't get remarkably better Mett will be in major trouble from the get-go.

He will probably get a lot of chances on kick returns...not punt returns.

And you can bet Saban won't have his defense prepared for any of that.

The special teams blocking needs to be on point. It has always been a strong point but seems down this year. It looks like many of the returns the guys aren't staying with blocks and are just waiting/watching to see if OBJ breaks one.

Yeah, "Les" really went conservative against Ole Miss and it cost us.

If anyone thinks LSU wasn't running a conservative offense the entire UF game and the first half of the Ole Piss game yall can't be helped.

Was it the 3 interceptions on deep balls that lead you to this conclusion?

So based on 3 passes you are claiming we weren't being conservative in the first half?

I'm saying "going conservative" isn't what cost us the game. We had a pretty balanced attack going and the interceptions completely killed any chances we had.

I'm sorry, but it's hard for me to call any offense that throws three deep balls, 2 into the end zone in the same half, "conservative" to the point where it's detrimental.

And the ridiculous part is that OF COURSE it's now Les' fault that we are perceived to have gone conservative. What about that guy we hired to run the offense? And FWIW I loved our gameplan against UF. Took what they gave us and won against a hell of a defense.

We shut down our offense against UF and tried to do the same against Ole Miss.

This staff doesn't comprehend that you can still RUN the ball from spread formations. Instead they choose to run 2 wr sets and tight formations...What does this do? it brings 8-9 men in the box. So many fans think teams are stacking the box to stop our running game but they don't realize they are just defending our formations.

Watch the great offenses across the country...they dictate the game to the opponent.

The gameplan worked because we won against UF...Did you see what Mizzou did to that defense? Who is to say if LSU doesn't just play the offense we had all season we don't put up 40 on UF?

Dumbest statement you could have made. EVER. The number 1 complaint other than clock management is how he controls our offense and keeps it too conservative. We have had at least 3 different coordinators and still see the same stuff run for the most part. Blame it on the OC for conservative offense is laughable.

no

the dumbest thing EVER is to give all the credit to Cam when the offense is good, and give all the blame to Miles when the offense is bad
