Now that Beverley has been named the starter, his value has obviously gone up, but by how much? I figure Lin will still get a decent chunk of minutes, and Harden will probably be doing a lot of ball handling. I only have 1 true PG on my team, so I sent the guy with Beverley a proposal for Kevin Martin for Beverely. He scoffed at Martin, and then asked for Chandler Parsons, which I turned down. Did I low ball him with Martin? I feel like he's in a pretty good position to do well in Minnesota.

This is my team, btw:
PG: Rose
SG: Kevin Martin
SF: Jeff Green
PF: Kevin Love
C: DeMarcus Cousin
G: Jimmy Butler
F: Blake Griffin
Util: Drummond
Util: Chandler Parson
Util: Manu Ginobli
Bench: Pekovic
Bench: Shumpert
Bench: John Henson
Bench: Dion Waiters
IR: JR Smith

I don't know Jack about fantasy basketball but I am a huge NBA fan. No way in hell you should give up Parsons for Beverly. I wouldn't give up Kevin Martin for him either. Unless point guards are more valuable than 2s and 3s iin fantasy.

Beverley is going to be good. There's a reason you wanted him, yes?

I wouldn't say it's a lowball offer because it just depends on team need. But Beverley should be more valuable considering he will fill up multiple categories.

I wouldn't give him parsons for him though

I told him no way on Parsons. I thought Martin was kind of a stretch as it is, but I can understand his perceived value is pretty low after his last couple of years. I just picked up Stephenson today, so after JR's suspension is over, I will be pretty good on SGs. I wanted to get another PG on the roster, doesn't have to be a world beater though. Since the Beverley owner won't give him up (even though he has him listed on the trading block), my next target is either going to be Vasquez, or Brandon Knight.
