If you are in a shallow league, are you considering cutting bait with this clown?
He gets a bunch of targets but has shitty numbers. Obviously his hands are bad. I have no confidence starting him right now, even as bye week filler.

I own him in a 8 team standard scoring, I have to have someone for bye next week. Is Wallace worth dropping for Marvin Jones?

I would do it, TBH. Cobb is out for a while. James Jones is the only real threat to touches for Boykin.
