Did anyone else notice Brees sitting on the bench talking to Corey White after his second personal foul? I thought it was pretty awesome- I couldn't imagine Brady/Manning doing the same, maybe they would whine at them but brees seemed genuinely concerned that White learn from the mistakes

I don't think anyone would question that Drew is probably the nicest guy in the league. Truly. He cares about everyone on the team.

Did anyone see the chick at the 3:36 mark in the 2q? I thought she was pretty awesome.

I thought it was really cool and was impressed that White sought out advice.

Eta - OP do you know that it was Brees who initiated that conversation? I feel like it was White.

Drew is a Leader - shouldn't surprise at all.

The NFL is ruining this game with anti-football calls like that on White.

Brady doing this

Brady sends his receivers out over the middle for Defensive back target practice. Likely why Edleman left him hanging on the high five of the Saints game...just walked right by him.

Russel Wilson would have not only chatted but would have shown proper knee blowout technique.

I'm a homer and everything, but you haven't seen Brees do the same to Colston to Graham?

CBS briefly aired Drew calmly and supportive speaking with Corey in real time after the second incident. Made me really proud of our team, sticking together during good and bad, even more retrospectively after seeing a Cowgirl have his three-year-old-like meltdown. That guy should be benched for a game.

Yes. But Edelman, Welker, etc. are not Graham / Colston. Gronk is, but WR are not.

Most WR in the league would have been done after that hit in Tampa. It just annoyed Jimmy.

In his Monday presser Payton mentioned White specifically. He mentioned that blitzing was new for him and they need to get him edumucated on technique.
