Only my second year playing, not really sure what to do when I went in. 12 team head to head.

Titty Balls's Players roster for 2013-10-26.

Jose Calderon Dal - PG
Paul George Ind - SG,SF
Nicolas Batum Por - SG,SF
Danny Green SA - SG,SF
Tim Duncan SA - PF,C
DeMarcus Cousins Sac - PF,C
Greg Monroe Det - C
Amir Johnson Tor - PF
Danny Granger Ind - SF
Brandon Knight Mil - PG,SG
Alex Len PHO - C
DeAndre Jordan LAC - C
Tony Allen Mem - SG,SF

Should I make some moves to strengthen other areas?
Advice?

You should have spent one of your first 4 picks on a quality PG. It's a solid team that needs a PG or two. Of course if you're going to punt assist, the rest is pretty balanced.

If you're confident Williams will be healthy, Cousins for Williams is a fair deal. I wouldn't want to break up George and Batum and he wouldn't go for Duncan(but you could certainly try).
