I'm looking to stash one of the following:
Andre Brown (projected week 10 return)
Shane Vereen (projected week 11 return)
Michael Crabtree (projected week 12 return)
Randall Cobb (projected week 15 return)

I have an empty bench spot on my roster after a trade, so I wouldn't have to drop anyone. Who would be the better stash in a standard scoring, non-keeper league?

My Current Team:
Brees
L McCoy
D Murray
K Moreno
L Bell
V Jackson
James Jones
J Gordon
K Allen
Michael Floyd (Ari)
J Boykin
J Graham
R Gronkowski

ETA: Cobb

So far the votes are:
6 - Vereen
2 - Brown
0 - Crabtree
0 - Cobb

I just went through Yahoo projections (take that for what it's worth) week by week and the only one out of the group projected by Yahoo to break into my starting lineup is Brown in week 13.

Brown projects into my flex with 12.84 points over Murray's 12.81 points.

ETA: Forgot about Cobb. He projects to be a starter when he returns (supposedly) in week 15 and would start for me through week 17.

I agree that he has no value right now. I'm not completely sold that he will be able to return this year. Eligible in week 15, but I don't think he'll be ready.

I agree. That's why I didn't even include him at first.

Who do you have that's actually playing? Unless you have an IR spot or two, that's a lot of injury stashes.

I stashed Jonathan Stewart last week. May never pan out, but I drafted David Wilson and have grown tired of trying to guess the Giants RB situation. Same thing in NE...like playing Russian roulette. I guess that leaves Crabtree as the only viable option to really help out down the stretch.

Vereen has the tougher schedule in weeks 16 and 17 (my playoffs).

Vereen @ Bal (fewest fantasy point to RBs) / vs Buf (11th fewest fantasy points to RBs)
Brown @ Det (8th most fantasy points to RBs) / vs Was (most fantasy points to RBs)

Vereen

I think you'll have better options on the wavier wire & through free agency. Lots of injures, people are getting desperate.

So my real vote is other.

Tough call. Since there is a possibility of David Wilson being back in the mix for Week 16 & 17 I'll go with Vereen.

I also would have to think about the merits of picking up Bryce Brown just in case LeSean McCoy goes down with an injury. Actually I'm trying to make that very decision.
