Should I accept this offer to receive AP?

The AP owner just lost Jermichael Finley. Their back up is Delanie Walker and there aren't many good options on the WW.
With that being said, I was offered the following:
Adrian Peterson
Bowe
for
Vernon Davis
Darren Sproles
---
My current roster is:
QB = RG3
RB1 = Forte
RB2 = Sproles
WR1 = Mega
WR2 = Vjax
TE = Gronk
Flex = Vernon Davis
Bench:
Lamar Miller
Helu
Darrius Heyward-Bey
Josh Gordon
Pierre Thomas
Pryor
It's a 12 team PPR league - and I'm currently 3-3-1. I started off 0-3-1 so I'm on the come up. I'm leaning toward staying put because I like the idea of starting both Gronk & Vernon, but the idea of getting AP is tempting.
With that being said, I was offered the following:

I'm an AP owner who just lost Jermichael Finley and I'd take that offer. Some douche nozzle offered me Andrew Luck + Tyler Eifert for AP and my first rounder next year.

I have Bowe too so yeah, it is definitely a tempting trade for the AP owner.

Davis + Sproles > AP + Bowe
However, I'd rather have AP over Sproles in my RB2 and you can slide Gordon in your flex. Not bad, but it's not an instant accept.

Their other WRs are Jordy Nelson & Andre Johnson. Not sure I could get either of them to go along with AD.

TBH I would do that trade. Bowe sucks but you could always just plug in Josh Gordon at the Flex. That team with AD would be stacked.

Accept that trade without a doubt. Don't worry about Bowe. The gap from Sproles to AP is bigger than Davis to Josh Gordon.
