In the real world, an exceptionally poor performance is subject to reduced or a return of compensation...clawback..for a 12 game season mr miles get appox 308,000 per gasme while mr chavis gets 91,600 (both plus perks & add ons)..for this we get "my bad" and continued late game defensive failures and 3rd down no stops...perhaps reimbursement for the fans who endured the oxford debacle would result in a little more creativity and imagination....CLAWBACK...

As much as I'd like to see them gone, a job is a job. The admins at LSU were stupid enough to render extensions and the like. Not much we can do about it or should do about it when it comes to money. Just my 2 cents.

...and maybe the guys can be put on partial scholarship. Hate to say it but that game was a true group effort...to a man.

Made me laugh. I'm a newbie. There's a perverse validity to what you say. But as a tradeoff, all veterans would have to make a pledge not to correct spelling/grammar mistakes.

You people bitching about how much he gets paid are the worst of them all.
All SEC coaches are overpaid to win games and guess what? They lose sometimes.
Additionally, Miles' contract is incentive based, meaning he gets more money with more wins and better bowl game appearances and bowl wins.
