Mostly special teams. He stripped the ball from the TCU return guy and recovered it honey badger style on our very first kickoff.

This is actually really troubling.

Jarvis and Odell have both been great, but the lack of any other option downfield is hindering what this offense could become IMO. Boone is the only guy that has been a factor, and that's been sporadic.


This is mainly due to our tendency to use the bunch 2 TEs and FB formation, even on most passing downs.

I'd love for us to use more 3 wides as a base set that we can run and pass out of. I really don't understand why we don't do that more. I don't think there is a defense in the country that could stop us in that formation as a base attack.


Also, it's not just Boone and Wright, but our bunch formations are keeping Dural and Leslie off the field as well, both of whom desperately need reps as they are likely to be our #1 and 2 receivers next year

even if they are triple teamed and others are wide open. i saw it with my own eyes (several times).

He misses workouts and always has an excuse. He lacks the self discipline and the motivation to take care of his responsibilities. He only cares about himself.

wow, dude has 0 catches this yr. he seemed pretty reliable last yr when thrown to. even had a pretty big game as a deep threat vs Ole Miss.
