If today would likely be:

Bama - SEC
Oregon - Pac 12
Fl. State - ACC
Ohio State - Big 10

This would satisfy the big 4 conferences. Will there be pressure in the future to take one member from each of these conferences to the exclusion of possible more deserving others.

(frick the Big 12, and an always over-rated Irish)

the 4-team playoff is going to be a very bad thing for weaker BCS conferences and non-BCS conferences

those idiots who wanted a playoff to help Boise, Hawaii, and TCU cut off their nose to spite their face

Not sold on Ohio State. Think Baylor would give more of a fit.

Missouri or Baylor would be ahead of Ohio State

If the SEC has two undefeated teams scheduled to play in the SEC CCG they should consider counseling it. Then let the NCG also be the SEC CCG.
