maybe the SEC is so stacked with parity that 1-2 invincible teams don't emerge like in the ACC and Big 10, BIg 12, etc.

Perhaps the SEC is proving how stacked it is this year with a bunch of quality teams already having 2+ losses

It's called conference cannibalism. Many called it before this year.

However, LSU losing to Ole Miss was not part of that contemplation. That was sheer awfulness

I'm so depressed right now. At least I can watch my Noles finger Dabo.

I'm glad you have that.

I'm just hoping my other Tigers beat the Red Sox

Top teams are not great, but we have a ton of good teams.

Alabama is stacked. Every other team is no better than the other conferences.

I think you're understating just how weird today actually was.

Florida, LSU, Georgia, South Carolina, and Texas A&M all lost on the same day.

When has something CLOSE to that ever happened?

I hope you can salvage something out of tonight too. But that would just delay the inevitable Leyland choke until either Game 7 or the World Series

I think it sucks. UGA losing to Clemson by just three looks awful now...they beat LSU.

Mizzou as East leader? Really? BAMA is in their worst team in four years and they are going to go unbeaten. SEC is weaker this year than any since 2005.

Except for Bama defenses have clearly taken a step back, which allows for upsets.

Bama is clearly #1 though, so it's all good for the SEC as far as the title goes. Bowl games could be rough though.

down year (even tho Bama is starting to look really good)

MU obviously looks tremendously improved from last year, some teams like Auburn and Ole Miss have shown some growth but there's a lot of mediocrity by SEC standards atm

Losing to shite Tennessee, Ole Miss and Auburn isn't conference cannibalism or being stacked.

The rest of the SEC has fallen while Bama has stayed the same.
