Has anyone living/traveling through Minden ever been? I have to say, it's pretty damn good. I didn't think Minden of all places had authentic Mexican food. I wish they had that kind of place in BR.

Yes I've been there. Good authentic Mexican, I think.
Had better in El Dorado but it was a good night so I can't tell.
Las palmas in BR is probably as close as possible to compare. As far as authentic Mexican in BR, you're gonna have to stay in north LA for that. These places down here suck.
