Grass field in front of the Nat?

So is this field now a pay lot whereas before it was free? I had asked this earlier but all I got was areas were roped for rain during the Auburn game cause I got turned around from there.

It hasn't been free in a number of years. It has been the media lot/pay lot for a good while.
