Ok, let me make this simple for you. USA Today is a lowest common denominator publication. Sheridan is the sports equivalent of a comic strip. Again, it is your money bet how you want, but Sheridan is considered a clown in Vegas.

I know, but I simply responded to somebody else that said that. Then you chose to jump in and start babbling about Two and A Half Men and mentally handicapped people.

impaired...not handicapped. Sarcasm is fun, really. Just smile and enjoy it.

That's funny. I think if LSU and Bama played Sat night. LSU would win by at least 10.

Did he take a break from his witch hunt in Auburn to post that? What is the guy's deal with Auburn?

I'll say it again. He is a huge Bama homer. He went to Alabama. He lives in Mobile. I've seen him give talks several times and he picked Bama to win the BCS title back when Shula was their coach- multiple times. He may be decent handicapping other games, but I wouldn't bet a dime on anything he has to say about a game involving Bama. He's a fan. He's not objective.

I wouldnt bet on any LSU game handicapped by an LSU homer, either for the same reason.

The line just reflects the mid point of betting interests...not the prediction of the score. Vegas wants half the bets on each side of the line...that is all.
On the other hand, the regular season LSU/Bama game has not been decided by more than single digits in years, and in the last 15 years, the road team has won more than the home team.

The last time Alabama beat LSU by 10 or more points in the REGULAR SEASON was in 2002.

That's a great way to avoid the 21 point skull fricking they gave us in New Orleans.

So what?? A betting line is just that....a betting line. Except for that BCS debacle two years ago, the Tigers usually play 'Bama close, either way. The Tide are good, but they're not "unbeatable." Maybe 'Bama wins by 10, maybe not.

Bamafans are scared. It's hilarious how defensive they get this time of year.

I got 2 units at 11.5 in the preseason.

And another 2 units on this.

I don't understand why people are getting so riled up about this like it's some ridiculous number.
