I'm sure they're right up my alley. I don't follow bluegrass but I enjoy it when I listen. Except Railroad earth if you count them, they're my shite.

I missed them over the summer before hangout unfortunately. My roommates said there was no crowd either which blows my mind.

The pre show? They had a nice crowd. But some EDM crap was going on at the same time that a lot of people went to. They killed it though

Yeah they said they were awesome but surprised that they could just walk up to the front. Said Umphreys had a much bigger crowd, I'm just not into them for whatever reason though.

Just not enough love for bluegrass these days I guess. Can't wait for Greensky though. I've only seen them playing in a pub basically on the dining room floor so it will be cool to see them at an actual venue

Fantastic show last night. Those dudes are why I love going to live shows. Never heard their music before but they gained a fan for life. Great performance.

For a band that does a lot of covers they did most of their own stuff last night. It was a great show

No I was a little disappointed about that. They teased it though

Happy to see good bluegrass acts in BR and NOLA.

A good follow-up to this will be the Baton Rouge and NOLA Pikelny (Punch Brothers - banjo), Sutton (Ricky Skaggs Kentucky Thunder - guitar), Cobb (The Infamous Stringdusters - mandolin), Bales (Alison Krauss + Union Station - bass), and Bulla (Formerly Ricky Scaggs & Lyle Lovett bands - fiddle) shows on November 3 (N.O.) and 4 (B.R.)

I'm going to a festival this weekend they'll be playing at. Are they worth stopping in to see?

one of the perks of living in fayetteville. Having the mulberry mountain an hour away is sweet.

definitely will. Do you have any good song recommendations? I always try to listen to a little of each band at the festival so I know what i'm in for.
