Anyone going? If so, what is the best way to book or plan this trip? Got a group together to show US support but no idea how to find out where US camp is and how to get tickets.
Also if any of you are going, what kinda dollars are we talking?

FWIW I've heard it's very easy to get tickets outside the matches for group stage games.

If you get game tickets you are waived the $180 tourism visa.
Plane flights aren't getting cheaper. Got mine for $1800 a piece in August. Probably way pricier now.
First round of ticketing just closed but there's a first come first serve abs second round afterward.
Lodging is pricey but deals can be found on AirBnB.
Should be fun.

Yeah. Basically this is what people who signed up for the AO Brazil trip were told to do.

This is the way to go when trying to find a place to stay.

Were they also told about the thousands of scam artists already plotting and waiting for the foreign idiots who arrive looking for tickets right outside the stadium??

No mention of it but I figure anyone with half a brain would be on the lookout.

Be careful in Brazil. I have medical friend with daughter studying in Brazil as a senior in college. She goes to class and then straight to dorm. No outside activities whatsoever.
Very dangerous. She can't wait to come back in December.

When do they announce the groups? Idk how to even begin scheduling my trip until they announce where the frick we'll be playing and when.
The logistics behind some of these matches is going to be extremely tough.

Yea, my friends and I have been talking about it, but it honestly just seems like chaos.
