At about the 7 and 12 second mark on the link below ...you will hear the term later made most famous by the Saints Nation.
WHO DAT!
Humble Pie was a rock band from England, finding success both in the UK, CA and the US. They are remembered for songs such as "Black Coffee" "30 Days in the Hole", "I Don't Need No Doctor", and "Natural Born Bugie". The original band lineup featured Steve Marriott from Small Faces, vocalist and guitarist Peter Frampton from The Herd, former Spooky Tooth bassist Greg Ridley and seventeen-year-old drummer Jerry Shirley.
Smokin' is the fifth studio album by the English group Humble Pie, released in 1972. The album peaked at #6 on the U.S. Billboard 200 album chart,[1] and hit the UK Top 30.

what are you suggesting?
Nothing other than the phrase "Who Dat" was used in a cool vintage rock song from the early 70s.
The origin of the phrase actually dates from much earlier in the century.

The link works on a PC but I cannot seem to find a version that will play on iPad. Just find the original Hot n Nasty from the Smokin' album by Hunble Pie and you will not only enjoy real Rock n Roll but an authentics Who Dat as well!
