Trade or not?

Guy is offering me Joique and Roddy White for Doug Martin.
Normally I wouldn't entertain it, but I need something to give in this league.
My other players:
QB:Stafford/AlexSmith
RB:Martin/Ridley/Snelling/Bolden
WR:Julio(FUUUUU),Vjax,Shorts,Randle,TavonAustin,MalcolmBrown
TE:Julius Thomas
0.5 ppr, QB,WR,WR,RB,RB,Flex,TE format
My hope would be that Bush gets hurt sometime in the season and/or Bell gets lots of garbage points. Also, Roddy may be healed up from his hamstring over the bye week and become a large contributor when he comes back.
Julio/Ridley/Vjax/Martin are EFFing destroying my soul this year.

I'm hesitant because I think Martin will get a lot of work for the rest of the season. Of course, if the passing situation doesn't improve he's not going to get anything.

You should be hesitant. You're trading your first round pick for a backup RB and a WR who is hurt and could miss a couple of games.
