My first reaction is no. My RB situation sucks and is the only reason I would consider it is if MjD got better.
Offer: Stafford, Ty Hilton, MJD for J Thomas, Romo (my team)
Standard scoring league 3 WR, 2 RB, 1 TE, no flex
My QBs: romo, newton
My TEs: Thomas, Cameron
My RBs: CJ2K, Spiller, Powell
WRs: Dez, Julio Jones, Hartline, Stevie Johnson
He has Joique Bell that I might counteroffer for.

Not sure why the hell you think you need another QB when you have Cam and Romo. Not a heck of alot of difference between Romo and Stafford anyway. Just trade one of the two TEs for a good WR.
