Spicy grilled or baked catfish

You'll need a hamburger basket. Coat it with cooking spray as the fish is prone to stick. Put fish in basket, squeeze lemon juice over them, then sprinkle Tony's (or your seasoning of choice) over them. Grill for about 3 minutes then flip and repeat the process above. Cook another 3 minutes or so. Just before you pull them off, drizzle a little melted butter over each side and slightly char the outside.
