Homochito national forest open or closed?

I have been told that if it ends in "forest" its open. So Homochitto should be open

Visitors centers, campgrounds, and all facilities within federal recreation areas are closed, but you are still allowed to access the forests to hunt, climb, mountain bike, etc...
ETA: National Wildlife Refuges are closed, however, just in case anyone was wondering.
