Flynn would be okay if on a good team like the packers, Seahawks,

He was on both of these teams he couldn't beat out a rookie for the starting job

Russell Wilson is a really good quarterback, people are still acting like he lost the job to some scrub.

thats certainly debatable. whose is worse iyo?

My Steelers have had the worst offensive line that I can remember. In one game last year or the year before, we had injured every lineman in one game and we had no backups so they had to bring the least injured back in to ply. Our line is softer than a plush toy.

Sitting on a 7-0 lead he had nothing to do with, Flynn subsequently led one touchdown drive, threw a pick six, blew a great opportunity by going 3-and-out in Washington territory, fumbled inside Oakland territory leading to the clinching Washington touchdown, and then fumbled again to make things certain once Washington was already in quasi-prevent defense.

Aside from the lone touchdown drive, Oakland's longest drive was 36 yards, besides a ~50 yard drive late in the 4th down 10, which Flynn ultimately fumbled away.

And this was against one of the NFL's worst teams.

I watched it. He was guilty of maybe 2-3 bad throws and holding the ball too long on about 3 other occasions.

he had no chance behind that line at all

while he certainly didn't light it up, I think it's unfair how the raiders are treating him. But at the end of the day, he is getting paid very well

I find it Interesting how this ex Tiger who sucks as a qb is treated differently from the previous ex Tiger who sucks as a qb.

He didn't have a garbage time TD, Flynn threw a TD pass in the first quarter

I see what you're getting at

You might not be wrong, but where they were each picked has a lot to do with it as well.

Step up to the plate. Is there an O Lineman that played for the Steelers that you would trade for a Raiders O Lineman that played in front of Flynn.
If so which trade would you make.

The current ex Tiger who sucks at qb has been given an opportunity by 3 teams. That would show that he, at the very least, has worked hard at his craft, is a good teammate, and at some point gave considerable effort to improve himself as a player.

The previous ex Tiger who sucked at qb was the #1 overall pick in the draft. There have been other top pick busts in the league before, but never has that player been so lazy, so disliked by his teammates, and so unwillingly to put any effort into becoming a good player that not a single team in the rest of the league even gave him a look. Even Ryan Leaf and Tony Mandarich were given a second shot by other teams.
