The adrenaline rush had to be off the chart! Couple things, their sense of smell must be terrible, he shot kinda far back, oh and my crossbow would have smoked him as well

he shot a bit too far forward and high..

being that close will mess up the height but not the left and right.

but when all you see is hair, you take the best shot you can.

not saying i would have done any better.

He had been a full draw for awhile, did you see him shaking (or that could be from the 2k lb animal breathing down his neck)

he actually almost slips his draw when the moose turns back to the shooters right.

You can see the top of his bow shaking like crazy.

Would have been a perfect chance to implement some massive rifle caliber.
