Govt shutdown affecting home loans

just an FYI but the louisiana office of RD is shut down until futher notice. so if you have a home loan waiting on RD funding you are in for an extended wait.

Same thing in TN. I have a client going RD right now. Totally throwing a wrench in our plans.
