Make Trades or Stay Put

10 team league, standard scoring, non-ppr
I am about to be 0-3-1, so I think some changes are in order. What should I do? My team literally score like 60 a week.
QB: Cam
RB: Matt Forte
RB: MJD
WR: Vincent Jackson
WR: Larry Fitz
FLEX: Eric Decker
DEF: Seattle
K: Dan Bailey
BE: Mike Vick
BE: Dwayane Bowe
BE: Ben Tate
BE: Julian Edelman
BE: Santonio Holmes
BE: Charles Clay

Trade Vick while his value is high, package him and VJac for an elite receiver maybe

I would move Vick or Cam and seattle's defense. Should be able to get someone worth starting in return

If keep Cam he seems to play better in second half each season once Carolina is out of it

He didn't say who his starting TE is but if they are much better than Clay, I'd shop him around also.
