I was not anticipating being home for bow season so I didn't get new arrows cut. Last time the guy cut my arrows at 27.5" to suit my bow. I picked up some decent arrows that are 29". Will this work or do I need to to get some new ones cut? This is only my second bow hunting season so I'm new to all of this.

They need to all match: size, length, tip size, etc...

They probably won't shoot the same if that's what you're asking.

You can still use them, just make sure you sight your bow in for them and only use the long ones. Don't hunt with a mixed quiver.

Pretty much what downshift said. The longer arrows will be a little heavier and so they will probably shoot a little low. It may be so insignificant that it wont matter though. It they fly about the same I'd shoot the shite out of em.

This is what I was hoping for. I'll sight my bow with them and see how they shoot.

It might not like them. You never know until you shoot them.

As long as they shoot well, string em up and use em.

the spine will be weaker on the longer arrows if they are the same arrow type. you may need to tune for them also.

I would just get them cut rather than sighting in your bow again.

I can get 12 arrows cut and glued quicker than I can find the little allen wrench for my pins.
