Value of commerical property from 2010 to now.

I have a piece of commercial property that was appraised in march of 2010. $510,000 with improvements. If you had to guess,did it go up,down or stay the same. It is in St.Tammany.

That is pretty vague.
There are many different ways to appraise property. Actual comparable worth vs. income based approach, etc.
Are there any improvements on the land?
Has there been any activity in the area with other properties?
