I don't know if it's any worse in 14, but this would always happen occasionally in past years. Really annoying when a guy you redshirt leaves for playing time. You were redshirted, a-hole, of course you didn't have playing time. Leaves you scrambling for depth

If you havent redshirted them, you can put them as the starter on depth chart once the season is over and they wont wanna transfer most of the time.
