Yes, it's been a little depressing with the big games
Still looks weird 5 years later.

The OP is about his track record over a period of time, it speaks to his ability to win big games, just an observation. Sorry the post sailed over your head.

Didn't sail over my head. It just didnt make sense. Your post says since 2008. 2013 should be included in that time frame. Otherwise its totally arbitrary to try to get a certain point across.

Well sorry then, I thought it would be easy for anyone to add 1 win and 1 loss to all of those stats, as some posters have. It was an article from last year, but it does show a pattern of Richt's inability to win consistently against ranked teams. As a matter of fact, after the SC win, I'd say he's due for loss in keeping with his record

Was that really the only ranked team they played last season besides bama?

Didn't we destroy that team in the Peach Bowl?
I hope UGA's lack of success against ranked teams continues this weekend. Jus sayin.

Holy Crap, that LSU team was still ranked in the top 15 on October 25 of that season.

May want to update your post. That article was dated Oct 2012. Believed they beat Florida and Nebraska and lost to Alabama after the article was posted.

Good point, I'm not gonna go through the trouble of updating it, the point of the post is still valid, he loses the big games much more often than he wins them.

lol yep, I do believe that was Jordan Jefferson's coming out party !

He has 3 wins against the top 10 since 2008. Btw, why is it only going back to 2008? Why not go to 2005? Or 2002? Why? Because it doesn't fit the argument that Richt sucks against quality teams, which clearly isn't the case. Show his whole body of work and not just the years Willie Martinez fricked us on defense.
