Rivers over Kaep?

I don't really like Kaep this week due to his struggles lately and also with Vernon Davis being questionable. Would you use Rivers over Kaep this week?

thats tough, im debating stafford over him and can't decide, Rivers is just as likely to throw up a 0 point game I think, I would probably go Kaep here and hope he snaps out of it
