I don't know much about him. How is he seen in comparison to other top national qbs? What are his strengths and developmenT areas?

Big Big arm. Has really improved his mechanics in the last year or so. Very mobile, but like Jennings he is a throw first QB. Accuracy is the biggest question mark but it is improving a very fast rate.

Cool! Any current qbs that he compares to? Sounds like an EJ Manuel type

He's a great project. No rush for him to play. Big time arm, and could end up being a 6'3 230lb QB before it's all done.

The way the ball comes out of his hand, his release reminds me of a right-handed Mike Vick. He seems to just flick his wrist and the ball shoots out like it's aided by gun powder.

Like everyone else has stated, he has a cannon for an arm and good mobility, makes plays from the pocket, could be dominant in our offense if he continues to developed.

Sounds like a slightly leaner version of Davey

Negative Senator. Mett's arm is as strong as anyone's in the country. College or pro.

If you saw the Book of Manning, the throw of Peyton's while at Tenn that they were gushing over, is made routinely by Mett, but with more velocity.

Dak is a 6'2 235 bulldozer with a very strong arm. Have known Dak since he was in the 8th grade. Different styles IMO. Dak's older brother Jace played at 6'5 405#'s his senior year in HS...dropped down to about 340 at NSU. Dak has some big genes running in his family.

kid looks very athletic but also seems very humble and coachable in that video. I think that is key. he has the raw tools clearly and with coaching from CAm I can see him being a stud in 2016 after Jennings is done

All I can say about the young man is that I'm a big fan of the way he wears his love for LSU on his sleeve.
