Is there value in this 8 player trade?

I'm giving up:
Matthew stafford
Greg Olsen
Ray rice
Kenny britt
Getting:
Drew brees
Julius Thomas
Bilal Powell
Josh Gordon
It's an obvious upgrade at TE and QB but I can't determine if there is enough value to overcome the loss at RB
Without rice I would have
McFadden (15.5 fantasy pts per game)
Fred Jackson (15)
Chris Johnson (8.5) :(
Powell (11.5)
WR would be:
Josh Gordon (34) first game back
Brian Hartline (19.0)
Eric Decker (11.0)
Larry Fitzgerald (16.5)
Mike Williams (8.5)
Now says that he will give me Bernard instead of Powell if I give him mike Williams instead of Kenny britt

If Chris Johnson was a goat this trade would be a lot easier

I think if I can get Brees Bernard Thomas and Gordon I will do it
Although I looked at Powell and he seems like a serviceable flex good for about 14-15pts
