Two Ints and multiple sacks with a forced fumble. We shut Auburn out in the first half then took the foot off the gas in the second half out of mercy. Miles could've run up the score if he wanted too. Georgia hasn't faced a defense this good all season. Couple that with Murray's propensity to throw a sloppy ball and INTs sets up for a very nice win next week in Athens.

In the second half when it didn't matter any more. Things will be different at Georgia. The defense will dominate that team.

When all was said and done, the rain helped us in the first half.

Auburn wasn't even trying to throw. Once the rain stopped and they could run and pass, we got torched. Their zone read killed us.

We still could have scored on them at will, but our D has major issues.

Anyone that can't see that should just wait for the carnage that Murray and Gurley are going to unleash on us in 6 days.

We may very well outscore them, but I'll be shocked if we hold them under 35.

The middle needs to be better and Corey Thompson needs to play more.

Last game showed me that we need Ronald Martin at safety. He would have been able to cover over the top unlike Eugene. Take those two deep balls away and the stats look completely different and people stop bitching.

LB & Safety play is gonna cost us a few games this year. LB with the exception of kwon seem to only make plays after a ten yard gain

Not so... LSU answered two of Auburns three TD's with TD's....

Yea honestly without the deep balls we played a really good game defensively.
And those balls were perfectly thrown

I told posters last week when they begged for Eugene to start FS that he's great at what he does but sucks in coverage.

He has no range at safety and is much more effective in his honeybadger role.

I will be happy to revisit this in a week.

I hope to God I'm wrong and will gladly admit it if I am.

I'm not one of these douches that can't admit when I'm wrong or just looks for things to complain about.

I'm positiger through and through but I am genuinely concerned about our D.

The rain helped us hide our issues in the first half.

Again, praying that I am wrong.

Chavis has a tendency to give up yards but still contain, but that wasn't really the case tonight. They gashed us a little bit with their run game, even with a one dimensional offense. Not a terrible performance but a bit concerning.

They stayed out on the field too long based on our offense going 3 and out and re-verting back to the high school offense of 2012. I don't think they would have given up that much if they weren't out of gas by the end of the 3rd.

It's child's play to defense a deep ball down the seam when playing even one safety deep. Mills had perfect outside position, just like he's supposed to. Eugene should have intercepted those ducks. Micah Eugene needs to be relegated to nickle until he learns the position better.
