Richt is always on the hot seat. I think he was hired on the hot seat.

He'll win just enough games this year just in time to be on the hot seat next year, for which I'm very thankful.

Normally about 3 hrs, but this time, it took 6 because of editing.

When I captured selected parts of the whole 6 minute barn scene, the 1200 captured frames were too many to import into Image Ready.

So I had to go into the captured frames folder on my computer and individual delete each frame I knew I wasn't going to use. After about 3 hrs, I finally got it down to a workable gif of about 150 frames that would easily import into Image Ready. Re-arranged/re-ordered some of the scenes and then put the faces on each frame in photoshop.

Why didn't you redo the import into Image Ready and only take every fourth, or so, frame?

Because it would've made the selected parts I wanted play too quick.

Example: When Shane looks at the camera that's 5 frames. When he turns around and shoots Pelini that's 22 frames. Had I set it to capture every 4th or so frame, I would've only captured one or two frames of Shane looking at the camera and then only about 5 or 6 frames of Pelini getting shot.

So I wanted those scenes intact, but they were spread out over six minutes of film. I'd come to a scene, capture it, pause, capture another scene, pause, etc... but I kept getting extra frames from a shitload of other scenes I didn't want. It's almost as if the pause button didn't work. Which made the whole folder too big to import.
