Did not play against Niners last night:
DE Chris Clemons
LB Bruce Irvin
DB Brandon Browner

(and a shout out for Percy Harvin)

They are the deepest team in the NFL and I believe they are better than Denver right now.

I'm just pissed off the Saints have to play @ Seattle. I'd prefer @ SF and home vs SEA.

Prime time in the dome vs them, I think we'd take it. Over there, I don't give us much of a chance. They will slip up a few times though. I'm thinking 3-4 losses. Their offense is really not anything great. They do have flaws, I could see them dropping a game they shouldn't as well (@ IND or @ Arizona come to mind)

@ HOU
@ STL - laugh all you want, but they aren't bad, and they play well against division opponents
@ ATL

Then they have this 3 game stretch, which will be tough

vs NO
@ SF
@ NYG

I agree. We have to prove it on the road, which will be critical for getting home field advantage. Getting Browner, Clemons, Irvin, and Harvin back should set us up for a strong 2nd half of the season though.

I don't see us losing a game at home, but can definitely see dropping a few on the road like you said. The pass rush will be a lot better than last year though and that was a huge weakness on the road.

Neither do I, which is why I hope they drop some on the road. They will drop a couple, but hopefully more than that Home field advantage is critical for teams like the Seahawks and Saints. If either of these two get home field, I don't see anyone beating them. However, you guys have a much better chance at that.

Ok, guy that said the Saints did nothing to fix their defense. You clearly didn't know what the frick you were talking about. They're 2-0,
1/4 of the way to what you think their BEST could be of 8 wins.

They are winning because of DEFENSE right now, fricking defense. When the offense starts to click, and I assure you they will, they'll be as dangerous as anyone if the defense keeps this up. Stop being a fricking hater.

it's funny when y'all get up in arms.

Also, I'd say that last night's victory was because of clutch play by Brees/Colston/Graham. I'd also throw in the fact that Tampa defeated themselves in some cases.

Nevertheless, y'all have won two games. Congratulations.

Seattle barely beat the Panthers. They suck.

Let's see if they can improve their road record from last year. Seattle really is something, though. Just imagine if Percy Harvin can come back healthy.

WTF?

The Saints defeated themselves in every way. If not for 2 brain farts the game would have been a blow out. That's notsaying much though. I think the bucs and shiano are awful.

I mean this in the most respectful way, but every time I watch y'all play at home it seems as though every player on the team is on cocaine.

Imagine them running the option with Wilson, Lynch, and Harvin in the backfield.

As a Saints fan, I'd rather not.

The Bucs are one of the most undisciplined teams in the NFL this year. They have the pieces of defense and a few on offense to be something special. But, it's the little bonehead mistakes they make that echo how poorly they are at seizing the opportunity.

The game shouldn't even have been close. The offense moved the ball a lot. They just weren't scoring. They took a field goal off the board before half time as well. In reality the Saints should've beat them by 10+, but they played sloppy as shite. Good teams find ways to win games like that though. A loss there would've been huge for later in the schedule when they face tougher opponents.
