Vodka Freeze - Bistro Byronz

My GF loves this drink at Bistro Byronz called a Vodka Freeze. Taste like frozen lemonade to me. Anyone know how to recreate it. It's not frozen solid, but like a slush. My thoughts were to freeze lemonade and put it in a blender with vodka. Ideas?

The recipe below your post is more than adequate for the chore, it's a damned vodka frozen margarita.
