Does anyone have a go to recipe?
Was going to do some fried shrimp, oysters and hush puppies to snack on during bama/a&m game. And then some bbq shrimp Mr B's style at half time of lsu game

A bunch of green onion including white parts
1 egg
Enough buttermilk to mix it up thick.
Spoon small scoops into grease. They will puff up nicely. Fry a little longer than you think they need to get the inside cooked.
