I'm leaning towards D. Williams.

Also, should I risk Kenbrell Thompkins over Steve Smith since NE faces the Jets this week?

Wilson should get some receptions too. Both teams should score a decent amount. I'd rather a young running back at home then on the road.

Also, the Ravens pretty much gave up on the running game in the 3rd quarter.

Without PPR Ray Rice was below average vs the Broncos. Williams is the answer here.
