A few months ago a top official of the ncaa said in an interview something like..right now would be the time for schools to cheat if they wanted to because they don't have the manpower and resources to look into these cases.
I know this sounds stupid and I thought the same thing when I heard it. Wow this guy can't be serious almost encouraging cheating from the way it sounded.

20 years ago the ncaa laid down the hammer! Today a slap on the wrist and the coach moves on before that slap lol! A real joke
