Miles unapologetic Michigan fan?

After the game on Saturday, I heard Les mention how happy he was with Michigan's showing in the Notre Dame game. Then on Tuesday I hear him on a radio interview talking about some Michigan player's jersey and how proud he is of them. This makes me a little uncomfortable. Now I know how my wife feels when I comment on how hot a certain actress looks. Any one else catch that? feel slighted? Didn't he say before the TCU game that he only pays attention to what goes on at LSU.

I don't particularly like Miles but even I don't have a problem with this. The guy played for and graduated from Michigan. Of course he is going to want his alma mater to do well.

It's his alma mater. Naturally he feels a certain amount of affection. Who cares? Michigan is satisfied with Hoke and has no intention of attempting to hire Miles again.

He's a Michigan man. Has been since, oh, he played there. He will absolutely be happy to see Michigan doing well. He has also turned down Michigan at least twice since his tenure at LSU. So, no, I don't really feel all that slighted.

I think he's gonna take the Michigan when it's offered.

So the guy cant pull for his Alma Mater? Im sure Nick Saban hopes Kent St does well.

Jesus H...
And how does it make you feel knowing that he spurned a job offer from them not once, but TWICE?

Why, because he's proud of his alma mater? No, good God...

In relation to the two teams that were playing. How old are you? Honest question.

Exactly. Say Jacob Hester ends up coaching Miami one day, you don't think he'll pull for LSU in every single game that doesn't involve LSU playing Miami? That said, Miles has turned Michigan down twice to stay at LSU. If he wanted to coach there he would have left by now.

Where do these insecure fans come from?

I don't feel slighted at all. I'm glad he is a fan of his alma mater.

I think they are from the Arkansas side of the family.

The poor bastard can't win. Christ now we are bitching that he's pulling for his alma mater. What's next? Outrage that his son was wearing UL-Lafayette pajamas Christmas morning?
