But I would rather live in Seattle than Oakland.

Nice place. In the Bay Area, $1.39M gets a 3 bedroom, 2 bath and maybe a small yard in an average area!

Super nice and classy. Not overly tacky and not to big.

I loved Flynn when he was a tiger and still is but he sucks as a pro , pryor sucks too maybe oakland is who we should feel sorry for since they are their main two options. Either way i dont feel sorry for Matt he is a rich man and if i was him i would just retire and get an ESPN analyst job

Flynn used the hell out of that desk in that office. That place was a wreck. I bet the drawers are full of clipboards, pens and one big fat NC ring!!

advice: don't buy a house in Oakland or the Bay area.

Overpriced. Bubblelicious.

Though beautiful, that area is somewhat remote and not convenient or ideal for someone young. The lake between Issaquah can be a major barrier at times.

I lived in the area for two years, incredibly beautiful place. But those sunny days are few and far between. Way to dreary for me.

Gotta be awesome when you can be extremely mediocre at your job and still make enough money for a house like that.

He probably didn't buy one. Who would want a home in Oakland. Isn't Oakland the arm pit of California.

It's called a double entendre.
