Future Lineup Dilemma

Here is my current starting lineup (only listed guys relevant to my question)....
PPR (1pt) - All TDs 6pts
QB - M Stafford
RB - Spiller
RB - R. Bush
FLX - S. Vereen
WR - Megatron
WR - A. Johnson
Bench:
RB - Joique Bell
RB - R. Mathews
RB - Le'Veon Bell
WR- Sidney Rice
WR - A. Roberts
WR - S. Rice
WR - A. Jeffery
I know its only week 1, but with Bush and Bell both having big days for Detroit, should I consider trading one of them if they keep it up or save Bell for WHEN Bush gets hurt. If i didn't already have Stafford and Calvin I would possibly consider playing Bell as my Flex. Obviously I will know more after a few more weeks but I just hate seeing 25+ guys on my bench.
So, which of the following should I consider.....
1) Trade Bush
2) Trade Bell
3) Sit Tight and keep Bell on the pine for now.
4) Trade Both? (To get away from being so Detroit heavy)
5) Other Recommendations?

Yeah that was really my own real decision for this week... decided to go w/ Vereen because if PPR value. He has had a solid day. 16.8 pts so far.
