Pats went through something somewhat similar with Fanene
He signed with team without disclosing the injury, and they soon cut him and went after the signing bonus, saying he had misled them to sign.
They recouped most of the money fwiw.

Not worried about this at all. The Saints are always good with player dealings, and Chamberlin has always been hurt. I'll give the team the benefit of the doubt here.
