Is the "lead toss" a thing of the past?

Don't recall seeing it last night. I like the draws and running out of the shotgun. Also the twin running back formations were refreshing.

it may have been a kragthorpe or a Stud thing. idk

Saw somewhere that Cam wasn't a fan of it because you can play action off it. (You can pitch & reverse off it though, e.g., vs Bama in '10).

By no means am I complaining that it's gone because I always found it shows it is a run play slightly early as opposed to a possible play action.

Just curious and don't think anyone had mentioned it.
