Were people actually worried about our d-line?

We recruit nothing but beasts on our line and last night was proof of it. Hunter, Ego, and Allen all played like animals last. Hell I saw Thomas getting into the backfield a few times. The DL is and will continue to be our strong point.

Allen was great rushing the passer. Not sure how you didn't see that.

However, RAsco left a lot to be desired. I wouldn't panic this early though. There were many games last year when Mingo and Montgomery didn't do shite either.

The biggest thing we need to worry about in regards to DEs is the zone -read like you said. M&M were great at contain most of the time.

Rasco would make one good read and then get obliterated. We need to start blitzing OLBs more to stop the zone read shite.

Leading tackler?

Defensive front didn't get much of a push on the pass rush. Pocket stayed intact. Watching the replay there was a huge hole in the middle almost every passing play. Had Boykin ran on several of those passing attempts, he could have picked up huge yds.

I agree with olb blitzes,a little kwon and debo flying around the backfield would certainly help out on those plays

We got a decent push IMO. Allen was disruptive, along with Ferguson and Hunter. They just played contain and TCU called a lot of shorter passes.

I disagree. Boykin is a run first guy.
