I would venture to guess Brees, Romo, Brady, Ryan, the Mannings, Luck, Rodgers, Flacco were not. Even Newton wasn't this bad.

We're veering off topic though, or at least, off the post I started responding to. And that post was stating that basically no other QBs do that, and I provided a specific game example of Tom Brady doing that and even much worse, and then we give him a pass.
It doesn't work like that, not if you're being consistent.
