I need to upgrade phones...currently have the Galaxy S2...

I really like the idea of a large screen. Iv'e been eyballing the Note, but then I saw the Mega yesterday, and I think I fell in love. LOL...the Mega has a 6.3" screen and can still fit in my rear pocket..

Anyone buy one yet? Feedback?

It doesn't have the stylus feature, but other than that, looks to be a good phone / tablet..with long battery life

thanks

I can't wait to laugh at someone when I see them putting that thing up against their ear to talk.

We'll I am 47 and have to use reading glasses half the time to ready my current phone.

I use my phone 10 x more for reading, emailing, texting, surfing etc, than actual phone call usage...

plus I use GPS a lot...big screen is something I really like.

you can laugh at me....No worries...My wife and kids love me, and Jesus too, so I got that going for me

I have the original note and love it. Will definitely take a look at the Mega vs Note 3 when it is announced next week. I hardly ever actually use my phone for calls but rather web surfing, email, etc, so why not get a large screen?

The typing isn't awkward on screens that big?

A lady here in my office has a Note 3, it looks really useful to use for more than a phone. I have an S4 and it's still hard to read things on it.

The note is big. If the Mega is bigger than that then that's a big mofo. I have an S3, when someone lets me look at pics/video on their Iphone I'm like where's the rest of your screen, this thing is tiny.

If you have bad eyes definitely get the MEGA and if you worried about using a big phone get a blue tooth ear piece. I wouldnt worry about talking on a big phone though, I'm a man and IDGAF what other people think.

I got a Note 2 shortly after the iPhone 5 came out. I'd waited for the 5 to be released to see if there was anymore innovative things between the 4 and that one, checked it out and wasn't impressed. So I jumped Apple ship, wanting a bigger screen. There's a learning curve, but it's an amazing phone. It's fast, has a big screen for watching TV shows and movies, and it fits in my pocket.

If there is a Samsung phone coming out that's bigger, I'll definitely take a look.

I'm still using this relic. The battery lasts about a week between charges. It's been dropped, kicked and chewed up by the dog and it just keeps ticking:

I looked at the Mega and the Note 3. The Note 3 does have newer/better features, but the main reason I went with the Note 3 is that it fit in my front shirt pocket. I would be afraid I would sit on it if I put it in my back pocket. The Note 3 just fits into my front pocket (it sticks out the top just a little) so it's big enough to web surf, use as a GPS, etc., but just small enough so that you have easy access to it.

I've had about 3 models of iphones and I finally switched to s4 this past fall. I tried the note 2 for about a few days - Verizon has a try it for a few days program - and I returned it for the s4.
I miss certain aspects of my iphone - size not one of them. if I could have my way I would combine both the s4 and iphone - there are pros and cons of each phone.

Note 3 is plenty big, I don't see a need for the mega. Ftr, the note is the best phone I've ever owned.

Well Apex does. Why don't you leave him the hell alone?
